The Bullmastiff Club Of Queensland was established 1987 by a group of Bullmastiff enthusiasts for the benefit of hobbyists, owners, and breeders as a forum whereby knowledge could be shared not only amongst themselves but other avid lovers of this breed Australia wide.
The clubs direction was also to educate the general public & community at large about this wonderful breed. To work together to acheive betterment within breed and to secure the longevity of the Bullmastiffs' future.
2003 saw the introduction of the club web site. A valuable medium whereby Bullmastiff enthusiasts could communicate on a regular basis, share knowledge, inform & encourage our growing member base of any up & coming activities being held by the club or other states clubs.
We welcome all Bullmastiff enthusiasts', should you be a member of the club or not. Membership is not exclusive to Queensland residents but to all world wide. If you are a member or not, as long as we are an owner of a purebred Bullmastiff we are all bound by a code of ethics and are expected to uphold it at all times. As financial members we are bound to the Australian National Kennel Council rules & regulations for responsible dog ownership, a copy of these rules can be found by clicking here.
We the committee, regard ourselves as caretakers of the Bullmastiff Club Of Queensland and will continue to strive to succeed to promote our breed in a positive manner and ensure our club continues to be run with honesty and integrity, always for the members, well into the future.
